General Description

By opting in, you agree to receive SMS notifications from Modern Vision Centers regarding appointment reminders and scheduling information.

User Opt-In

Patients opt-in by checking a box during online form submission where they provide their mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages.

User Opt-Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 515-674-2020. After you send the text message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

Message frequency varies based on your upcoming appointments and active healthcare notifications.
